About Me:: I'm a blues fan in the DFW area who plays piano, guitar, and blues harp. I'm also an avid griller/smoker. My grill website and blog can be reached at www.thegrillslinger.com . I update it regularly, so be sure to check in from time to time!

I pretty new to the blues scene, but I'm eager to learn as much as I can. Blues music really moves me. I hope to make music that will move others in the same way.

Smokin' Hound Dog Robles's Blog

Again, I started playing in November, and I have a lot to learn. Just recently, I switched over to tonuge blocking and, while I think it improves my tone, I had to relearn a lot of things, primarily bending. I would appreciate any feedback on what I'm doing right, what I'm doing wrong, and what I can do to improve. The recording was done with a little iriver mp3 player/sound recorder. Thanks! A.

I finally got to add some pictures. My wife is a great photographer. She did a shoot with me and we had a lot of fun. It's good to finally be able to have something up on this page. Hopefully, there will be music to add soon.
