Yes I do know the Blueshounds. I have only heard them a few times but really like them alot. Might also know some of the people you met in Memphis. The solo/duo endorsed person, Cale Hawkins is from my area. Bet you heard alot of good music at the IBC. Delete Comment
Joe Murphy & The Waterstreet Blues Band
JOE MURPHY & THE WATERSTREET BLUES BAND have been a "blues institution" in the city of Halifax for many years. Mul ti -instrumentalist Joe Murphy, a popular fixture on the local blues and Cajun scenes, has played with many legendary blues players such as Otis Rush, Johnny Copeland, John Lee Hooker, Pinetop Perkins, and Johnny Sansone, to name a few. Joe has released a number of fine CD's over the laste few years including 2002's "Some Rough Stuff" (with Johnny Sansone).
