How do you like those Laney amps? I have been wanting to try one. I play mostly through Fenders. I live in New York City, so transportability is almost as important as tone! It's tough getting a Marshall stack into the back of a taxi. LOL

Hey man; I never thought I'd have so many friends in Australia. It looks like your continent is a hotbead of blues.

One thing I do know. If Lightnin Hopkins is your man, then you're mine. I heard him in the late sixties. He opened for BB King in a show at Cleveland which also included The Staple Singers. Nevertheless, Lightnin was who I'd come to see. I even got to shake his BIG hand at intermission!
