Carlos Nuñez is a talented multi-instrumentalist, a real bagpipe virtuoso from Galicia. *The bagpipe is Irish (Uilleann pipes) because it's played without continuously blowing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uilleann_pipes).The one who provides the percussion accompaniment is his brother Pancho.

We were actually there when these clips were shot. It was the first time he played with the Royal National Scottish Orchestra in Glasgow as part of the annual Celtic festival known as Celtic Connections- it's the largest Celtic festival in the world. We'd never thought we'd get the chance, but my daughter discovered he'd take part, so we bought the tickets before flying to Scotland.

The experience was a real joy.
