Every day we are jumping from one task to another – looking at the watch as a guide. No wonder heart attack is one of the main causes to death. We forget to pause, to look around and to enjoy friendship and family. The world is beautiful…
Hey Willard, wishing you a fantastic weekend. Look at this video and be prepared. When it looks like it's going in the right direction remember to change from Rock'n Roll to real slow blues. Enjoy. Take care my friend. Blues'on.…
Thanks. I do not know where that thought came from. Just was on my mind at the time and how I feel when I get to play. I love music. I am now in the process of helping a Thai musician and his team put together a demo for learning Thai/English…
Good sound on Good Golly MIss Molly. Nice and clean Bass and Guitar. Sure do miss a good horn section on that song.Sounds a little like James Brown "I Feel Good" Bass run.

I played Drums in California from1956 until 1964. Belonged to local 147 in Hollywood aid not play from 1964 until 1983 when I started back again with a Country Western Swing band in Southern California as well as several other small club groups in the San Bernardino Barstow area. A few gigs in Vegas from time to time with local groups mostly just weekend work.I started with Musicians Local 65 Edwardsville, Ill.Then on to Local 147 in Hollywood, CA. I did some studio as well as local TV showsas a fill in musician. Also San Leandro, CA when I moved up to the Bay area and played as travelimg musician in San Francisco. Now I still get to play at Jam Sessions in Bangkok Thailand at Tokyo Joes and in Southern Ca when I am in the States. I also like to play Rythmn Guitar and sing a few songs occasionally. I have a Martin in Bangkok for practice as well as a collection of Guitars in the States.Looking for a good used high end Roland Electronic set for practice in Bangkok.
Favorite Blues Artists and Bands
Frank Sanatra all time great as well as most early rock and roll in late 50s. I did get to see Miles at the Blackhawk in San Fran when I worked there as well as sit in with the Montgomery Brothers in Berkely. Love the early Beatles and the Rolling Stones as well as Asleep at the Wheel. Played with Big Band doing Miller and Ellington covers as well as International Big Band in Thailand. The Blues is about the only International music that I have heard in most of Asia other then all of the standards from the 70s to 90s that the local groups cover for the tourists. I have had the chance to see Snowman play in Pattaya---A truly great Blues musician and Entertainer as well as many fine local musicians that fill out his group.
Hey Willard, my summer greeting is a homemade video with The Bluesmates. Hope life is great for you. Have a fantastic summer my friend. Love and respect. Grandpa_Erik

Every day we are jumping from one task to another – looking at the watch as a guide. No wonder heart attack is one of the main causes to death. We forget to pause, to look around and to enjoy friendship and family. The world is beautiful – you only have to allow yourself to see it - to experience it. Look at the watch, painted by Jette – given the title “Time is relative”.
