I'm very saddened to hear about the death of Etta James. What a talent and one of the mainstays of Chess Records. Not many songs are more moving than her "At Last" and not many are hotter than "Tell Mama".We'll miss her greatly.See More

The Roadman’s Award-Winning Rockabluesic Barbecue Sauce

I actually did win an award with my sauce when I lived in Chicago. I've tweaked it and improved it over the years.



Ingredients: Rockabluesic Barbecue Sauce



1 32-36 oz. bottle of ketchup

1/3 cup vinegar

1/4 cup molasses

1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce (or add to taste)

1/4 cup mustard

1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

1 tablespoon black pepper



Optional (but recommended) ingredients:
