- About Me:
- I am a happily married old old Brit blues musician who now lives in California's Central Valley. That's it really. Back in the UK I was involved with music management and artists web design. In this capacity I was involved with Peter Green, Cream lyricist Peter Brown and for four years I managed WC Handy nominated Dick Heckstall-Smith, with whom I wrote the book "Blowing The Blues", published in 2004. On Moving to the USA, I resumed playing, and for the last 3 years have been gigging with 'The Stepsons' Blues Band. Our first Cd, "Live At Last Stage West" is now available. In October we will be filming a one off "Stepsons Big Band" show. We will take the stage with two drummers, an extra guitar player, several guest vocalists and a seven piece horn section! On the writing front, I will be publishing a music memoir, "Right Notes, Wrong Order" later in the year.
