- I,m a harmonica Player and Vocalest, Ive been playing sence the 60,s I have recorded 2 LP,s of my owen, And recorded a live LP with John Lee Hooker in the late 70,s.I have played with J.B. Hutto, Big Walter, Johnny Shines, Lightnen Slim Charlie Musselwhite, Robert Jr Lockwood, Willie Dixon, and meney more. I took time off from playing ( 20 years) I,m back playing. I have a 4 pc Band, The Pete Karnes Blues Band. I still love playing the BLUES. I,m Just another bozo on the bus of BLUES

- Big Walter- Little Walter- Sonny Boy 1 and 2-wolf- muddy-Dixon- Cotton- and meney more. I like good 30,s through 60,s Blues and i like some of the newer Blues as long as thay play the Blues and no jive.

In this day and age of copycat,sissy pants "Blues "players, you are and always have been the real deal. Real Blues is getting harder and harder to find.
