About Me:: Hi Folks!
I live in the upstate area of South Carolina. I am married to my high school sweetie and we just celebrated our 18th anniversary! We have two great kids ages 17 & 14 that keep us pretty busy.
I started playing guitar when I was about 6 years old. I had discovered my parents record collection and was captivated by the sounds of great blues and old gospel artists. While other kids my age were listening to whatever was the latest fad, I was listening to BB King,Les Paul,Fats Domino,Muddy Waters,Albert King and so on. It was like the blues was calling my name and I could not get enough! As I got older I began to dig deep and read and study about all the great blues masters.
I have been in several bands and have played many clubs while holding a "day-job" as a operations manager for a logistics company. A few months ago the company I was with closed several offices including mine due to the economy. Not only me but about 300 other fine people were left without a job. So now I am at the crossroads trying to figure out what I am going to do.
