The last time I saw Stevie Ray was the night he took the bad flight and he played with Bonnie Raitt at the Bill Graham venue in Mountain View before they took the flight. You can imagine backstage seeing Bonnie and Stevie Ray trade licks. Once in a lifetime. Another time is San Francisco he played with brother Jimmie and The Thunderbirds in a great club, s small secret. In the middle of the set, Carlos Santana played with them. Spectacular and as magnetic and incredible as Bonnie and Stevie, God took him for the blues choir since he had paid all his dues.

The 30th of december last year it suddenly appear a lighting sceanery on heaven. Luckely I managed to grab a camera and save the image. It was almost like the creator came down in his greatness.
