Hi Joe - do you want to mic live or is it for recording? For recording its hard to beat an AKG D112 or Sure Beta 52. A Yamaha sub-kick also picks up a lot of low end, mix with the in-shell mic signal for a great rounded bass sound. Live I run with a…

The 30th of december last year it suddenly appear a lighting sceanery on heaven. Luckely I managed to grab a camera and save the image. It was almost like the creator came down in his greatness. With this photo I want to wish you and yours a merry christmas and a happy, new year full of posibilities and great moments.
Peace, love and respect.

Every day we are jumping from one task to another – looking at the watch as a guide. No wonder heart attack is one of the main causes to death. We forget to pause, to look around and to enjoy friendship and family. The world is beautiful – you only have to allow yourself to see it - to experience it. Look at the watch, painted by Jette – given the title “Time is relative”.

Take care my friend, make time and have a great weekend.

Thank you for dropping by and leaving a comment. I'm not so good at this sort of thing as I turn on the creature (PC) for essentials and when finished go. I'm out as often as I can at live gigs small and large. I go to local venues and support them as best I can but times are hard and today I have learned of another music venue closing - The Point in Cardiff Bay where in the past I have heard and seen some great bands. It's not the credit crunch but new smart appartment (formerly office /business premises) buyers moving in and complaining of the noise levels from the old church (The Point). To convert it to a sound proof booth takes money and lo and behold the banks are unwilling to loan the owners money to comply with city council recommendations. Considering we now own the greater part of those banks I think it's a bit 'rich' and a bit foolhardy of the residents to destroy what has been a long standing live music venue befor they arrived.
Cardiff Bay and Docklands were a comopolitan vibrant ..........................I'll get off my political soap box as I must have bored you rigid by now!!
Regards
Diane
