Loudbark is now a member of LiveBluesWorldAug 22, 2009
The Loudbark Company was started with a single idea, if timber has been used for centuries to enhance the sound of musical instruments such as guitar, violin, cello, double bass, flute, recorder, pan pipes, didjeridoo and various kinds of drums, why can't it be used to make a microphone that enhances the sound of the harmonica? So we went to work with the materials that we love, Australian Timbers. These include the very rare Jarrah from South Western Australia and our favourite timber for Mics, Australian Cypress from Northern Victoria.
OUR MICROPHONES
Loudbark is an Australian Company that manufactures microphones from Australian timbers. Timbers are chosen for both their physical beauty and their acoustic properties. We design the mic bodies and element cavity which combined, have maximum impact on the sound while drastically reducing feedback. Loudbark Mics also work well with Saxophones and Trumpets and are even great for Vocal Effects.
