- About Me:
- Lisa Lim is an up and coming singer/songwriter multi instrumentalist performing blues rock with an edge! She also is a well respected music instructor in the Northern and Central Va. region for the past 16+ yrs. She currently teaches from her own studio "Lim's Music". Lisa has had a passion for all styles of music as far back as she can recall. Lisa has been performing for over two decades playing all styles of music in solo situations duos and bands. She's done session work. Prides herself in her strong slide guitar work . As well as her strong rhythmic and lead playing on the guitar. She is also well versed on the keys electric bass and drums. She sings lead and vocal harmonies. Lisa finished recording and released her debut cd "Crazy Feelin' This Way" in December '07. She is currently writing blues funk traditional, cross over country, folk and mainstream tunes with other songwriters. Lisa was interviewed in 2006 for an upcoming book called "Guitarwoman". A book that Sue Foley is putting together showcasing female artists that have and are currently making huge strides in the music industry. Check it out at: www.guitarwoman.com

Lisa is an active member of the D.C. Blues Society & Richmond River City Blues Society. She is also an artist with GINA foundation for missing persons.
