The Lead Belly Blues & Folk Festival will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at the Festival Plaza in Shreveport, Louisiana. The festival which is complete with music, a Lead Belly exhibit, merchants, food and the Huddie "Lead Belly" Ledbetter landmark and trail tour, will be great entertainment for the whole family, and will no doubt bring thousands of Lead Belly fans from across the country.
