Profile Information

About Me:

Hi, I'm Keith and I play bass in the Pittsburgh based blues (Chicago Style), R&B, soul, funk band Bobby Hawkins & The Blues Train Band, and in the jam rock fusion band, 7thSense. Both bands put on high energy shows that display the diverse range of influences of each of the band members. I also play in Dave Yoho's music project Yinzide Out (yin-sahyd aht). I try to add just the right touch of funk, rock and soul in the bottom end along with some lower melodic color. Some of my influences on the deep end are Jack Bruce, Carl Radle, Tommy Shannon, Larry Grahm, and Allen Woody (there are simply too many great bass players to list here though...check out some of My Favorite Bass Players Photo Album in My Photos).
