Vickie Russell's latest CD is "Next." We collaborated on seven of the 12 tracks. "Yardsale" is one of my favorites.
KJ Denhert is a winner of the Kerrville New Folk Song contest, and the Mountain Stage Newsong contest. Her latest CD, "Dal Vivo a Umbria Jazz" or "Live at Umbria Jazz" is HOT! That's KJ on the guitars on "YardSale."
Well known in the Blues World, Gaye Adegbalola, winner of a WC Handy award for 'Song of the Year', and currently nominated for the Blues Music Award's 'Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year' (VOTE FOR GAYE!!!) is a solo artist and member of the world famous Saffire - Uppity Blues Women. Gaye and I collaborated on "Bald Headed Blues" which is on Saffire's new CD, "Havin' the Last Word", just released on Tuesday, January 27!!!
I will be going into the studio this year to record some originals. If you are looking for great lyrics, or someone to collaborate with, give me a shout.
