doing it for the money?

Playing the blues on Beale for money was what I thought my dream job. Turned out to be just a dream. Played there everyday for an entire year sometimes two gigs a day. Just couldn't make it!!. I am sure it was mostly my fault but it was dissappointing none the less. So no more playing for tips no more playing down there with the hopes of making a living. It just broke my heart.
