- About Me:
- Who is this young bluesman? Well he started out driving a tractor on a South Carolina farm and dreaming up songs in his mind. One day he packed up and left following the trails of many other musicians before him. Playing in bars all across the Southeast he finally heard something that made him turn from rock and roll; a sound that grabbed him by the heart and soul and wouldn't let go. Returning to his home he started to play this new music and once he had it right he became the newest entertainer on the circuit to play the Blues Mississippi Delta style. From talking about the Devil and his soul and walking across the southern roads as a Catfish Jeff has left his mark throughout Georgia, Mississippi, South and North Carolina as he appears in local juke joints to top notch music festivals. He has reaped the wealth offered by his fans by singing to their hearts and souls as he plays his own version of the Delta blues. The first time I listened to Jeff's songs I was hooked as I closed my eyes and watched that big old Catfish walking across the south drawing crowds every where he went. I truly have fought the devil to keep my wicked soul and have danced a bad ass boogie many times over the years and Jeff has brought all of those memories back to this old blues fan.
If you ever have the opportunity to see Jeff perform take it with the full knowledge that once you get there you won't leave until the lights have been doused for the last call. So what are you waiting for get over to his site and find out when he will be appearing in your neighborhood and if you see a white bearded man in the corner please come over and say hello.
