The Brook would probably suit you, if Johnny Winter can do it ... !!!!
It is a music venue, not a pub and it may just be worth a call to them, as
one of the guys working there once said to me - if you know anybody might want to play here, tell them to give us a call ...... so who knows.

You might also bear in mind Portsmouth, The Guildhall (Alter Bridge just did that one) and The Anvil in Basingstoke - good enough for Rick Wakeman and Jon Anderson and others of course..... !!!
The Maltings in Alton (Hants) and The Maltings, Farnham may also
be useful - Farnham especially, does a lot of live music, all types.
Can't really help you on the promoter thing, sorry about that, though number of bands, from many lands, asking me about that lately, perhaps I need to change my career !!

August this year - yeah, thought so, but things get a little hazy you know..
This year was the first time I actually made it - good intentions and all that.. But think it'll probably become regular, if they keep it on...
Do you ever get down to Southampton, Winchester way, can't say I've seen any publicity, but I'm not that regular at looking..
