- Just an old session player from the 50's who happened to be around when the blues merged with country to become what we now know as rock and roll.
I believe the blues and country are closely related since both deal with the social/economic issues of the early 20' thru 40's in the south. My musical tastes run from acoustic blues from the delta to appalachian music from east tennessee to southwest virginia.
