Dirty Trainload is animated by a restless research of new forms of expression tied to a blues matrix. Specifically, the highly personal sound of the duo is characterized by the use old analog drum machines and loops and is marked by a lo-fi inclination to sounds borrowed from alternative and garage-punk environment.
The band promises a “progressive” blues, contaminated and dirty, but visceral and authentic in its spirit. This approach, originally inspired by the releases of the American label Fat Possum, evolves embarking upon a substantially creative and personal path.
The project was born with the vision of Bob Cillo, guitarist from Bari, Italy.
