Hi Brenda,
Here is my wish for the very best to you and all my LiveBluesWorld friends as we take the music of our heritage into 2009 and the 21st century.
It's an honor to be on this journey with you. ..and a pleasure to be your friend. Thank you for allowing me to be a member of the community.

I just looked online and saw that BB will be in Alexandria on 11/26. That's over near DC. He will be in Durham NC on 11/30. That one is closer to our neck of the woods. This time of the year however, I think Florida would be the best place to see him :)
I saw BB at the Clapton's Crossroads Festival in Dallas (the first one he had). It was awesome. A friend of mine and I had backstage passes. We rode into the VIP area on a golf cart with Eric Johnson (we weren't supposed to be in that area) . When we got in....it was like a motorpool with all of these tour buses in there. BB was getting off a tour bus, as was Jimmy Vaughan, and then we turned the other way and saw Santana getting off a bus. It was trippy. I've played some big shows before....but to be around all that musical royalty at once was just a little intoxicating. I had a smile on my face that didn't go away all day.
Brenda...that portrait ought to be a postage stamp...I'm serious. I bet it's starting to get just a little on the chilly side in Wisconsin about now :)
