- About Me:
- Main blues band of Basilicata (Southern Italy), the "Blue Cat Blues", is the only Blues Band Lucana that over the years, in 2011 12 years of activity uninterrupted, boasts holdings and prizes at National! The musical project is original while remaining firmly anchored in the blues tradition, even in the original songs in Lucano dialect and Italian.
Of all the experiences are certainly the most significant participation in Bordighera Jazz & Blues - Bordighera (Im) – as best national band and as the opening of the legendary Gloria Gaynor, the occasion also received the Premio SIAE (Directorate General - Rome) for the original song in Lucano dialect and Italian. The participation in the Pistoia Blues Festival where they can perform on the same stage of monumental BB King, and many American artists like Robert Cray and Eric Sardinas.
