Whattup, my name is Anderson but you can call me Ando or asshole, just don't call me late for dinner.. that pisses me off. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana in the grand ol' US of A.
Professionally, I've been a Graphic Designer for nearly 11 years. I've worked mostly in the newspaper industry as an ad designer and I also freelance for local musicians here in the Fort.
I prefer the freelance work as opposed to the newspaper work just because I can do most of the work in my underwear which is all I'm wearing now as I type this. As a freelance artist, I've worked on several local CD releases including Left Lane Cruisers - Gettin' Down On It, which is the cd that got them noticed and signed to a record contract, but mostly I do show posters for myself and other venues in town.
I am also a music promoter, promoting local and national bands. I started out as A3K Productions and just last year bought the first expansion chapter of Hillgrass Bluebilly Entertainment. I promote blues, folk, Americana and any type of music that has heart and soul and grit and hollerin.
Sometimes, I get to go on tour bands and play Tour Manager/Merch Slinger... most recently I went on tour with Left Lane Cruiser for the HBE North American tour which featured Bob Log III & Scott H. Biram. In December I plan to tour the South with T. Model Ford and Gravelroad. I enjoy the road, it's a bitch being away from family but the road becomes a cold hard mistress.
I live with my fiance, Angela, and her daughter, Cela (5), and here son, Harper (5 months). We plan on travelling to Las Vegas and getting married by Fat Elvis and then coming home and having a downhome hoe down with all of our friends and family... cause we need the gifts. I can't wait... she's the love of my life.
I like to collect tattoos I now have nearly 50 hours under the needle. I drink Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, whiskey, Captain Morgan and Coke or Gin & Tonics. I really love my Mom. I have two nieces that crack me up everytime I see them. I tend to leave my socks on the floor. I learned to draw from Camander Mark on PBS and learned to paint from Bob Ross. I have worthless knowledge stuck in my head that will never ever save my life. I love music. I eat sushi whenever I can. I eat my steaks medium-rare. I think Fruity Pebbles are the greatest cereal ever created. I drink too much Red Bull. I change my underwear daily.
And I was a contestant on the Grand Prize game on the Bozo Show.

Hi Anderson,
Here is my wish for the very best to you and all my LiveBluesWorld friends as we take the music of our heritage into 2009 and the 21st century.
It's an honor to be on this journey with you. ..and a pleasure to be your friend. Thank you for allowing me to be a member of the community.

Yes, see you on yer home turf. I love T-Model Ford, that sweet old hard-ass. I think I met him just before his first CD came out on Fat Possum, playing in a hotel room is Oxford. He was a little bewildered by the way I used that piece of steel on my finger, and I still can't figure out if he's in standard turning or not. We became tight, I think, when he was doing an in-store at a Tower Records in Cambridge, MA, and I smuggled a bottle of MS-purchased moonshine to him at the back of the store in a little Tower bag. He took the bag and said, “What's this?” and then looked inside, stood up and gave me a hug. The moral of that story is, sometimes you just want a little taste of home, I guess. Peace!
Thanks Ando...Really good time, We travelled to Chicago for T-Model Ford & then back for the Deep Blues Festival as y'know, that was the best vibe ever & then onto Kansas to see the Hillstomp boys then drove down to the deep South for Juke Joint gigs with Robert Belfour & Terry Harmonica Bean & also while we were there we showed our respects to Junior Kimbrough, RL Burnside & Charlie Feathers at their resting places before heading back to Minneapolis & hanging out with Muttbucket & a bottle of Beam..,but still sufferering with the Deep Deep Blues ever since our return to the UK, but I'll be alright in late September when the mighty Left Lane Cruiser roll into town !!!
We'll be back for Deep Blues Festival '09..tickets already booked with Chris Johnson.....cheers Dave
Are you going to Chicago on your way to Deep Blues Festival Minneapolis to catch T-Model twice..16th Empty Bottle & 17th early morning In Studio radio gig..if so contact the Gravelroad boys for invited audience !
