Maton are well renowned for Guitars here in Australia but back in the 50's made a few Amp and Guitar packages. they didn't carry on with the amps. My amp is a Maton made in 1956 and I think called an AM1. I've had it rebuilt as close as possible to original except for the Speaker which is English made by Goodmans. "AUDIOM 12-PG" as it's written.

G'day ACMercker
Actually the guitar is an old Ibanez Strat copy that was ready for the tip, but I sanded it all down gave it a coat of paint left the neck bear and coated it with Danish Oil, got some original 70's Fender Strat pickups off a friend and put it all back together, now you've got the exclusive about that Guitar and played through the Maton Amp that I've got she sings along beautifully.
