Book arrived yesterday. Was up to 2 am reading. Great book. Learning a lot and it enhances the listening. Now I am glad I have half a dozen of the compilations of the old recordings from the 50s and 60s (like Eternally and School Day Blues) as much of it is mentioned in the book.
