A few years ago,  friends  of mine Suzanne Foschino and Sweet Suzi
kept telling me I had to hear this young guitarist JP Blues
"John Pagano"
. I kept saying to myself just what I need, some kid who
can't play or sing. "Then"  I got to hear JP play
, and became a believer.
JP doesn't turn 21 until April, and he has already competed at the IBC's.
In 2008 JP competed with his own band, and in Jan 2010 was the
guitarist
with Frank Latorre.and the King
Bee's (the four highest score at this
years IBC).

There`s always talk about the next great Blues guitarist. No-one should
be burdened with that title
. What I can say is that JP plays great tasty

Blues/rock guitar, has strong vocals, writes, and knows how to work the
stage.
In a few months, JP will release his second CD, and I am predicting
that it will do very well on a national level.

JP started playing guitar at age 8 by age 10 it was clear that playing was
his calling. This "Something Special" was recognized by legendary bluesman
Sam "Bluzman" Taylor.Sam took JP under his wing and began to school
him on the blues. At 11 JP progressed to the point where he was ready to
play festivals, and play he did! JP began playing throughout the country with
Sam Bluzman Taylor, Phil Grande and MNB3 opening for artists as Derek
Trucks,Johnny Winter,Robin Trower,Joe Bonamassa,Cactus and Caroline Aiken.

JP's first CD "Die Happy"  did not have a national release, but a few DJ's in
the  US, Germany, France, Croatia, Australia, New Zealand have picked up
and
featured the CD.

Community Radio Hamilton  106.7FM In New Zealand has a podcast available
of the show they did that featured JP

Murphy's Saloon Blues Podcast #172 & #167  available on-demand 24 x 7
(featured JP)
