Blues in Surrey, BC
Man, it was not very long ago when one couldn't find any live blues in Surrey...now things are changing. With the development of the Whiterock Blues Society, and now the blues being brought to us by way of Luke Harley Productions at Amber Jacks in the Compass Point Inn, we the people have more than we could have asked for. Finally!!
So, the weekend of May 22, 23 will be just that. We have two killer blues acts gracing our hood, Tom Holland from Chi-town, Ill, and Monkey Junk all the way from Ottawa.
Luckily one can catch both bands, if so inclinded.
Friday...one night only The WRBS proudly presents Monkey Junk, at the Rumba Room in The Pacific Hotel in Whiterock, BC
Saturday night Tom Holland backed by Steve Kozak's Westcoast Blues Revue.
Blues Society Members will recieve a discount on tickets
It's all or nothing baby!!
