Mr H presents Peter Green and friends + Mostly Autumn

Influenced early by Muddy Waters and BB King, and an avid fan of Eric
Clapton, who, in the face of the "Clapton Is God" mob, won over the
critics when successfully replacing him in The Bluesbreakers. Forming
Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac in '67, here was a guitar genius at the peak
of his abilities giving the band their first UK No1 with Albatross,
followed by other stand out tracks such as Need Your Love So Bad. And
is his spare time, gifted Black Magic Woman to Carlos Santana ...
Leaving Mac in '70, but not before the haunting Green Manalishi, Peter
descended in to a well-documented personal hell, returning on and off
since the late 90s. And so to Peter Green & Friends, NOT a
Fleetwood Mac tribute band (but not without classic Fleetwood material!)
more a personal expression of one legendary musician's travels through
blues, r'n'b and soul in an exciting, unpredictable mix. Band leader,
Mike Dodd has brought together a cracking group of musicians: keyboard
ace Geraint Watkins (Van Morrison, Nick Lowe, Bill Wyman), Matt Radford
(Peter Molinari, Nick Lowe) on stand-up bass, drummer Andrew Flude and
Mike Dodd on rhythm guitar. So, a legend in the house and a
